Q. What are your terms?

A. Normally 30 days from invoice. Any complaints to be made within 2 days in writing or verbal. New customers will be expected to pay on delivery until credit has been established. Discount can be negotiated on a one to one basis.

Q. What is your delivery area?

A. Throughout Scotland and North of England, minimum delivery one trolley,but outside transport services may be used. Delivery is normally within 2 days of ordering. We try to insure prompt delivery at all times. All our deliveries are done using Danish Trolleys with or without padlocks, goldleaf holograms or whatever else is on or off them, its your choice, but do specify. Our drivers are expected to be polite and courteous at all times. Deliveries further afield can easily be arranged.
